Initial Brief

Each project starts with a no-charge initial meeting with the client at the property. This is an opportunity to discuss the project in detail and learn about the client's needs, personality, lifestyle & requirements - in essence, to learn what is important to them so that the finished project is a true reflection of who they are. Budgets and time scale will also be discussed. Here the client ideally provides any existing plans that are available. This meeting is followed up with a written fee proposal, based on the services the client requires.
