Procurement

Once the detail design has been completed, the revised costing is presented and shared online with the client. This costing is continuously updated as the project progresses; so that the client is continuously up to date with the project spend. It sets out the cost of each individual element per room and a summarised project total. All pricing is based on retail cost; no mark up’s will be added to retail price. A procurement fee is charged to manage every stage of the procurement process from price / delivery negotiation through production / delivery / quality management, in order to maintain programme and to deal with any post delivery issues that may arise.
